According to the Persona World guide, each Arcana in Megami Ibunroku Persona equals a specific race (such as the Lovers Arcana being composed of demons from the Fairy race). I am mid 30s and struggle to find the time or motivation to play longer RPGs.In the Persona series, the Personas' Arcana are functionally equivalent to demon races. It may be long, but I would highly recommend playing this over a couple of shorter games. But really, if you enjoy JRPGs this is the absolute pinnacle of the genre. There are some people who may not like the game, mainly those who have a hard time connecting with story. Dialogue, superb, the best of any game i have ever played. The voice acting is superb, the best of any game i have ever played. You will truly fall in love with the cast. Combat is great, so are dungeons, but they arent not the main show. You have to realize that the story and player with NPC interaction is the BEST part of this game. It has a bit of a slow start for those not accustomed to a Persona game (this was my first). It truly had be cracking up all the way to deep belly laughing consistently. I cannot stand crappy humour or cringy humour. This game is truly one of the funniest things i have ever experienced. Simply put, Persona 4 Golden is one of the best games i have ever played. I kind of wish they released it later on the PS4 so that more people can enjoy this game. This game is hands down the best game on the PS Vita. If you play it on normal you will need to do some light grinding to make boss fights somewhat doable (or even easy if you're high enough). This game takes a long time to beat, especially if you're going after the Golden True Ending. I won't go into spoilers but I highly recommend that you look at a guide around September and December so that you know who to max out social links (prior to end of December for Golden Ending), and in early December to get which ending you would like to get, otherwise the game pretty much ends in December for you and you miss out in 20 or so hours of gameplay). I So as someone who just the other week finished the game with the Golden True Ending, I think that I am very qualified in leaving a review.
